【摘要】 应用SC I作为估计有关部门知识生产贡献的指标对高校的知识生产投入产出进行了分析,分析结果表明:虽然中国知识生产单位逐渐呈现出多样化的发展趋势,但高校在知识生产系统中仍然处于中心地位,而且与其他知识生产部门也存在紧密的联系。因此,要重视高校在知识生产中的中心地位,只有重视高校的投入产出效率,增加对高校的科技经费投放,加强高校与其他部门之间的合作,才能加强高校在知识生产中的中心地位。更多还原

【Abstract】 By using SCI as the indicator for the knowledge production contribution of related sectors,the input and output of the knowledge production of institutions of higher education is analyzed.The analysis results show that although a diversified development trend has gradually appeared in knowledge production units in China,institutions of higher education remain at center of the system of knowledge production,and have close ties with other knowledge production sectors.As a result,it is necessary to attach attention to the central position of institutions of higher education.Only by paying attention to the input/output efficiency of institutions of higher education,increasing the input of the their scientific and technological outlay and intensifying the cooperation between institutions of higher education and other sectors can the central position of institutions of higher education in knowledge production be strengthened.更多还原
