【摘要】 评估旧机动车价值时成新率的确定是关键,但目前关于旧机动车成新率的计算还没有客观、准确的方法。通过对旧机动车成新率影响因素的分析,提出了一种新的成新率计算方法。该方法选择车辆综合性能检测结果、车辆静态与动态检查结果作为参数,并采用层次分析法(AHP)确定了各参数的权重,运用综合分析法计算出旧机动车成新率值。最后通过实例验证了该方法的实用可行性和科学有效性。更多还原

【Abstract】 It is important to calculate residue ratio for assessing a used motor vehicle’s value,but there is no an objective and exact method for calculating the residue ratio at present in China.Based on the analysis of influential factors of the used motor vehicle’s residue ratio,a new calculation method for the used motor vehicle’s residue ratio was put forward,the results of automobile’s integrated capability inspection,the results of static and dynamic inspection were chosen as the residue ratio’s calcuation parameters,the AHP method was adopted to calculate the weight of each parameter,the method of integrative analysis was applied to calculate the used motor vehicle’s residue ratio.A case analysis result shows that this method is scientific and useful.5 tabs,2 figs,6 refs.更多还原
