搅拌机叶片安装角的确定方法

【摘要】 为提高混凝土的搅拌质量和效率,根据搅拌过程中物料的运动特点,提出了判断叶片安装角合理与否的准则;通过对物料单元的受力分析和叶片前密实核心的定性分析,确定了叶片安装角的合理取值范围,并运用正交试验法,研究了双卧轴搅拌机的叶片安装角与搅拌臂排列形式、拌筒长宽比、叶片个数和搅拌线速度等参数的匹配关系。结果表明:叶片安装角受搅拌机其他结构和运动参数的影响和制约,确定时要综合考虑各参数间的关系,保证物料在拌筒三维方向同时得到均匀搅拌;双卧轴搅拌机叶片安装角的取值范围为31°~45°,其中宽短型的推荐值为35°。

【Abstract】 In order to improve mixing quality and efficiency of concrete,this paper put forward a rationality criterion of setting angle of mixing blades based on materials’ motion character in mixing process.Through mechanical analysis of materials unit and qualitative analysis of compact core before the blades,the rational range of the setting angle was determined.The matching relations among the blades’setting angle of twin-shaft mixer with arrangement of mixing arms,length-breadth ratio of mixing trough,blades number and mixing velocity were studied based on orthogonal test.The results indicate that the setting angle is affected and restricted by other motion parameters and structure parameters of the mixer.Rational angles should be determined according to the relations among every parameters,and ensrue simultaneous uniformity in three-dimensional direction of the mixing trough.The rational range of setting angle of the twin-shaft mixer is from 31° to 45°.When the length-width ratio of the mixing trough is less than 1,35 degrees is recommended.2 tabs,3 figs,8 refs.
