【摘要】 目的:探讨热休克蛋白70(HSP70)、核转录因子NF-κB和癌基因Bcl-2分别在宫颈癌组织和尖锐湿疣组织中的表达,以及与人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染的关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学SP法对46例宫颈癌组织、24例尖锐湿疣组织和26例正常宫颈组织进行HSP70、NF-κB和Bcl-2基因蛋白检测;用PCR技术对各组织标本的HPV-DNA进行了检测。结果:HSP70、NF-κB、Bcl-2基因蛋白在宫颈癌组织和尖锐湿疣组织中的表达率显著高于正常对照组(P<0.05);宫颈癌组HPV和HPV16/18的检出率显著高于正常对照组,尖锐湿疣组HPV和HPV6/11的检出率显著高于正常对照组(P<0.05);HSP70、NF-κB、Bcl-2基因蛋白在HPV阳性组中的表达率显著高于阴性组(P<0.05),但它们的表达率在高危型和低危型的HPV感染组间差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:HSP70、NF-κB、Bcl-2的表达与宫颈癌、尖锐湿疣的发病及HPV的感染有密切关系,但与HPV的高、低危型无显著关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the expressions of HSP70、NF-κB and Bcl-2 in tissues of cervical cancer and condyloma acuminatum,and the relationship between them and human papillomavirus(HPV) infection.Methods: The expressions of HSP70、NF-κB and Bcl-2 were detected in 46 specimens of cervical cancer、24 specimens of condyloma acuminatum and 26 specimens of normal cervical tissue using immunohistochemical staining.The infection of HPV DNA was determined with PCR assay.Results: The expressions of HSP70、NF-κB and Bcl-2 in tissues of cervical cancer and condyloma acuminatum were significantly higher than that in normal cervical tissue(P<0.05);In tissue of cervical cancer,the expressions of HPV and HPV16/18 were higher than that in normal cervical tissue,and the expressions of HPV and HPV6/11 in condyloma acuminatum were higher than that in normal cervical tissue(P<0.05);the expressions of HSP70、 NF-κB and Bcl-2 in HPV DNA positive group were significantly higher than that in negative group(P<0.05),but the expressions have no significant relationship between high-risk and low-risk HPV.Conclusion: The expressions of HSP70,NF-κB and Bcl-2 were significantly correlated with cervical cancer and HPV infection,but they are not correlated with the type of HPV.更多还原
