糖尿病大鼠十二指肠肌间神经丛内氮能神经和Cajal间质细胞的变化
Changes of Nitriergic nerves and interstitial cell of Cajal in intestinal myen-teric plexus of diabetic rats.
【摘要】 目的:研究糖尿病大鼠十二指肠肌间神经丛氮能神经和Cajal间质细胞(ICC)的变化规律,并探讨肠功能异常的机制。方法:用链尿佐菌素(streptozotocin,STZ)建立糖尿病大鼠模型(n=12),同时设同批次同种系大鼠6只作为对照组(n=6)。3个月后采用NOS组织化学染色法观察糖尿病大鼠十二指肠肌间神经丛的形态学变化,并对两组大鼠十二指肠肌间神经丛内NOS阳性神经元、神经节、节间束和Cajal间质细胞的密度进行了测定。结果:糖尿病大鼠十二指肠肌间神经丛内一氧化氮合酶(NOS)阳性神经元、神经节、节间束和ICC数量均减少(P<0.01)。结论:糖尿病大鼠十二指肠肌间神经丛氮能神经和ICC的改变可能是糖尿病引起肠功能障碍的原因。
【Abstract】 Objective: To study the changes of nitriergic nerves and interstitial cell of Cajal(ICC) in intestinal myenteric plexus of diabetic rats.Methods: Diabetes mellitus(DM) model was established with streptozotocin(STZ) in 12 SD rats.At the same time,6 same germ line normal SD rats were established as control(C) group.Densities of nitriergic nerves and ICC were observed in duodenal myenteric plexus in two goups of rats.Results: Compared with control group,the number of nitriergic nerves and ICC were significantly decreased(P<0.01) in DM group rats.Conclusion:The changes in nitriergic nerves and ICC in myenteric plexus of rat duodenum may be closely related to intestinal dysfunction.
