基于Agent网上答疑系统的设计与实现
Design and Realization Based on the Agent on-line Q/A System
【摘要】 目前,国内现有的网络答疑系统中尚存着一些问题,例如答疑方式单一、智能性和自主性低、知识库缺乏自我学习能力等.为解决这些问题,提出了基于自动答疑Agent和知识库学习Agent为核心的系统模型,并以《VisualFoxPro6.0程序设计》课程作为试验实例,采用Asp技术,结合Agent思想,完成了“基于Agent网络答疑系统(WASBA)”,运行结果表明设计基本达到了预期目标,实现了系统的自动答疑和系统知识库的自主学习.与同类答疑系统比较,在主动性和智能性方面有了较为明显的改进.
【Abstract】 Presently the national existing network Q/A system still remains some questions,for example the Q/A way is unitary,the intelligence and the independency is low,the knowledge library lacks the self-study ability and so on.In order to solve these problems,this article proposes the Agent based on automatically answered questions and the knowledge library studies Agent as the core system model,and by " Visual the FoxPro6.0 programming ".The curriculum took the experiment as an example,used the Asp technology,and unified the Agent thought.The result indicated the design basically and achieved the anticipated target,realized the system automatic Q/A,and the system knowledge library independent study.Compares with the similar Q/A system,it had a more obvious improvement in the initiative and the intelligent aspect.
