支原体引起细胞凋亡的机制
Cell apoptosis mechanisms caused by mycoplasma
【摘要】 支原体具有独特的生物学结构和功能。人体感染支原体可引起临床多种疾病。支原体的致病机制仍不清楚,因此某些与支原体相关的疾病仍缺乏有效的防治。研究表明,支原体及其脂蛋白可直接诱导凋亡,亦可通过局部细胞因子或其他物质间接诱导凋亡。支原体及其脂蛋白诱导宿主细胞凋亡可能是影响疾病发生发展的共同的关键性环节之一。阐明这一机制有望为临床相关疾病的治疗提供新的思路。
【Abstract】 Mycoplasma has the special biology structure and functions.The human body infected by mycoplasma results in various clinical diseases,including some difficult diseases.The pathological mechanisms involved in the mycoplasma-related diseases are not clear.Mycoplasma and its lipoprotein can cause cell apoptosis through different and complicated mechanisms.They can induce cell apoptosis directly,also they can induce cell apoptosis through regional cytokine or other matters indirectly.Host cell apoptosis induced by mycoplasma and mycoplasma lipoprotein may be one of the common and critical links to the initiation and development of these diseases.The illumination of this mechanisms is expected to provide new idea for treating the related clinical diseases.
