【Abstract】 Human papillomavirus(HPV) infection is a high risk factor of cervical carcinoma.The pathogenesis of HPV infection is incompletely elucidated.Human leukocyte antigen(HLA) is the greatest complicated immune system.The evaluation of associations of HLA alleles with HPV variants may be helpful in designing vaccines capable of mediating immune protection against HPV infection.It can offer new clues for the etiology of carcinoma that the abnormal expressions of HLA class I,Ⅱ and Ⅲ molecules are relate to the immune escape of HPV-related carcinoma during immune response.更多还原
