川芎中锌锰铁钙镁元素的次级形态分析(II)

【摘要】 利用原子吸收分光光度法,对中药川芎中锌、锰、铁、钙、镁5种元素的次级形态进行了研究。用Chelex—100螯合树脂,将川芎可溶态中锌、锰、铁、钙、镁分为稳定态和不稳定态,并建立了该形态的分离分析方法。结果表明:可溶态中锌和钙全部以不稳定态存在,不存在稳定态;镁的稳定态含量极少;锰含有约20%的稳定态;铁含有约30%的稳定态。

【Abstract】 Secondary-level speciation of Zn,Mn,Fe,Ca and Mg in ligusticum wallichii Franch was studied by atomic absorption spectrometry.Stable and non_stable forms of Zn,Mn,Fe,Ca and Mg in filtrate were obtained by using Chelex—100 chelating resins and we established the methods of separating and analyzing speciation.The results showed that Zn and Ca in filtrate existed on non-stable forms and hadn’t any stable forms.The number of stable forms of Mg was thimbleful.Mn had about 20% stable forms.Fe had about 30% stable form.
