【摘要】 目的:研究实验室合成的三价铁制剂对贫血模型小鼠的影响。方法:测试高铁制剂的理化性质,检测其毒性及对贫血模型小鼠Hb的影响。结果:高铁制剂蒸馏水溶液和生理盐水溶液清澈透明,pH4~11无沉淀,有较好的生物利用度。急性毒性实验,说明高铁制剂无毒或毒性极小。对贫血模型小鼠补铁后,通过比较实验组与阳性、阴性对照组Hb的OD380值,反映出实验组Hb的浓度恢复情况较好,证明高铁制剂对缺铁性贫血症有一定的补血作用。结论:高铁制剂有望成为良好的新型生物补铁剂。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Study the impact on mice of anemian model of Iron(Ⅲ)-preparation.Method:The physico-chemical property,efficacy and toxicity of Iron(Ⅲ)-preparation were examined in this paper.Result: No precipitates were found at pH scale ranging from 4 to 11.Compared the OD value between controlling groups and experimental groups,the concentration of Hb of the experimental groups resume better,so the Iron(Ⅲ)-preparation shows greatly efficacy.Through the acute toxicity exam,it was proved that Iron(Ⅲ)-preparation had little or no toxicity.Conclusion:Iron(Ⅲ)-preparation was able to have better bioavailability as an iron supplement.更多还原
