试论高职院校“双师型”师资队伍的培养
Construction of the Duplex Teacher in the Higher Vocational Education
【摘要】 高等职业技术教育如何造就一支适合其需要的师资队伍已迫在眉睫。高等职业技术教育需要“双师型”教师,同时要为“双师型”教师的健康成长创造良好的环境。
