并行演化算法在半导体器件综合中的应用
Semiconductor Device Synthesis with Parallel Evolutionary Algorithm
【摘要】 文章将并行演化算法应用于半导体器件综合,根据半导体工艺与器件综合的特点选用了主从式孤岛模型,并分析了参数对性能和加速比的影响。
【Abstract】 Device synthesis is realized by applying parallel evolutionary algorithm (PEA) in this paper. According to the characteristics of semi-conductor process and device we choose the master -slave island model and analyze the influence of the parameter to the performance and ratio of acceleration .
