多孔硅的形成和发光
Formation and Photoluminescence of Porous Silicon
【摘要】 概述了多孔硅的制备方法,同时提出了对双槽法的改进方法。阐述了多孔硅的形成机理和发光机理的各种模型,同时对多孔硅的研究前景作了展望。
【Abstract】 This paper reviews preparation of porous silicon and proposes the modification of double cell.It also elaborates the different models of porous silicon formation mechanism and luminescence mechanism.Mean while,the future development of is will be expected.
