Halobacillus trueperi SL39 Ectoine诱导生成条件研究
Optimization of Inducing Synthesis Conditions of Ectoine in Halobacillus trueperi SL39
【摘要】 研究了耐盐菌Halobacillus trueperiSL39在NaCl的诱导下,体内合成渗透压补偿溶质Ectoine,并优化Ectoine合成的诱导条件。采用高效液相色谱检测Ectoine合成量,结果表明,耐盐菌Halobacillus trueperiSL39合成Ectoine的最适诱导条件为30℃,初始pH 7.0,NaCl浓度2.0 mol/L,诱导48 h,合成量高达304.8 mg/L,胞外释放量为90.11%。
【Abstract】 This paper studied induction of Ectoine in Halobacillus trueperi SL39 in the medium containing NaCl.Optimization of Ectoine production condition was also discussed.The amount of Ectoine in Halobacillus trueperi SL39 could reach the highest level under the conditions of inducing temperature of 30 ℃,pH 7.0,and NaCl concentration of 2.0 mol/L.After 48 h induction,the concentration of Ectoine was detected as 304.8 mg/L by HPLC,and the extracellular secretion ratio was 90.11%.
