【摘要】 目的:观察葛根素(Puerarin,Pur)对2型糖尿病(type2diabetesmellitus,T2DM)患者甲襞微循环血流状态、管袢形态及襻周状态的影响。方法:130例T2DM随机分为两组,Pur治疗组66例,在常规降糖治疗基础上每日使用葛根素注射液。对照组64例仅使用常规降糖药物。对照组和治疗组第15天对照,进行甲襞微循环和血液流变性的观测。结果:在治疗结束时,治疗组的甲襞微循环和血液流变性均有明显改善,与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05~0.01)。结论:Pur对T2DM的甲襞微循环有明显改善作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the effects of Puerarin on nail fold Microcirculation,fluidstate shape of vessel loop and dirca-loop status in Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus Patients (T2DM). Method: 130 T2DM patients were randomly divided into a control group(n=64) with routine treatment and a observation group(n=66) with basical treatment and the injection of Puerarin . Both two groups were treated for 14 days. Before and after the therapy, the nail fold Microcirculation and Hemorheological property were examinated. Results: On the end of treament,nail fold Microcirculation and Hemorheological indexes of the observation group were improved significantly(P<0.05~0.01).Conclusion: Puerarin treatment can obviously improve Nail fold Microcirculation in patients of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus.更多还原
