葛根素的分离纯化方法研究
Study on the method of separation and purification of puerain
【摘要】 [目的]探索适于工业化生产的分离纯化葛根素的更好方法。[方法]选取5种大孔吸附树脂及聚酰胺,并结合酸性氧化铝柱进一步吸附色素,采用重结晶法纯化产品,并采用紫外分光光度法检测产品纯度。[结果]建立了柱吸附结合重结晶的方法分离纯化葛根素的方法,葛根素纯度>99%。[结论]该方法操作简便,成本低,收率高,适于工业化生产。
【Abstract】 [Objective]To explore an improved method for separation and purification of puerain for industrial produc- tion.[Methods]Combined with acidic aluminium oxide,five types of macroporous absorption resin and polyamide were selected to absorb the pigment and recrystallization was used for further purification.The purity of product was deter- mined with UV spectrophotography.[Results]A separation and purification method with combination of column absorp- tion and recrystallization was constructed.The purity of product was more than 99%.[Conclusion]The method is sim- pie,economic,efficient and suitable for industry production.
