【摘要】 【目的】探讨乳腺浸润性导管癌和原位癌中抗原呈递分子HLA-DR的表达及其与c-erbB-2表达间的关系。【方法】应用免疫组化方法检测常规石蜡包埋的65例乳腺非特殊型浸润性导管癌(IDC)和15例导管原位癌(DCIS)中HLA-DR及c-erbB-2的表达情况。【结果】IDC中HLA-DR的阳性表达率和c-erbB-2的过表达率均显著高于DCIS(P<0.05),HLA-DR的表达水平也显著高于DCIS(P<0.05)。DCIS中c-erbB-2过表达者HLA-DR的表达水平显著低于c-erbB-2低表达者(P<0.05)。【结论】IDC中癌细胞可表达更多的HLA-DR分子,并且其c-erbB-2的过表达率较高。DCIS中HLA-DR与c-erbB-2均高表达者具有一定的预后意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 【Objective】To examine the expression of HLA-DR and its relationship to expression of c-erbB-2 in infiltrating ductal carcinoma(IDC) and ductal carcinoma in situ(DCIS) of breast.【Methods】Immunohistochemical detection of HLA-DR and c-erbB-2 was performed in 80 routinely paraffin embedded specimens including 65 cases of IDC and 15 cases of DCIS.【Results】The positive expression rates of HLA-DR,overexpression rates of c-erbB-2 and expression level of HLA-DR in IDC were significantly higher than those in DCIS(P<0.05).In DCIS,expression level of HLA-DR in cases with c-erbB-2 overexpression was significatly lower than those without c-erbB-2 overexpression(P<0.05).【Conclusion】More HLA-DR molecules can be expressed in IDC cancer cells.Overexpression rate of c-erbB-2 is higher in IDC than that in DCIS.High expression of HLA-DR and c-erbB-2 may have prognostic value.更多还原
