【摘要】 【目的】总结Nevin IV、V期胆囊癌的治疗经验,探讨提高晚期胆囊癌生存率的治疗方法。【方法】回顾性分析2002年5月至2005年5月24例Nevin IV、V期胆囊癌的临床资料,分析不同治疗方式与预后之间的关系。【结果】24例Nevin IV、V期病例。4例行姑息性治疗,10例行胆道内金属支架置入术,10例行手术治疗,其中3例行姑息性切除术,4例行胆囊癌根治术,3例行扩大根治术。平均生存时间姑息性治疗组3.25个月、支架治疗组9.4个月、姑息性切除术组9.67个月、胆囊癌根治术组20.5个月、胆囊癌扩大根治术组14.5个月。【结论】对Nevin IV、V期胆囊癌应进行积极的个体化治疗,根据不同病例特点选择合适的治疗方式从而提高患者生活质量,延长生存期。更多还原

【Abstract】 【Objective】To evaluate the treatment of Nevin’s stage IV and V gallbladder carcinoma.【Methods】A retrospective analysis was made on 24 cases of Nevin’s stage IV and V gallbladder carcinoma patients undergoing different treatment from July 2002 to July 2005.【Results】There were 24 cases of stage IV or stage V.Palliative treatment was performed in 4 cases,10 cases received biliary stent,3 cases received palliative resection,4 cases received radical resection,3 cases received extended radical resection.The average survival time of patients after treatment were 3.25 months,9.4 months,9.67 months,20.5 months,14.5 months respectively.【Conclusion】Nevin’s stage IV and V gallbladder carcinoma should be treated by aggressive individualized method for the improvement of survival time and living quality.更多还原
