【摘要】 通过文献资料、问卷调查、实例分析等方法对我国优秀运动队组织文化的内容进行了系统的研究。结果显示:运动队文化的内容体现在精神层、制度层、物质层三个层面之中。精神是核心,包括奋斗目标、价值观、理念等;制度层是中间层,主要有思想制度、训练比赛制度、生活制度、其他的制度以及制度化了的典礼、仪式、特色活动等;物质层是外在表现,主要包括运动队环境、标志性建筑、标识、各种活动等。更多还原

【Abstract】 Literature study,questionnaire,and example analysis were adopted to study the Chinese top sports team culture and the results revealed that the sports team culture was displayed in the spiritual,system and material aspects.The spiritual aspect included goals,value,ideas etc.System level was consisted of ideological system,training and competition system,life system,other systems and systemized ceremonies,rituals and featured activities.Material aspect was the(external) display of the sports team culture,such as the condition,landmarks,signs and various activities etc.更多还原
