【摘要】 采用问卷调查与教学实验等方法,分析了体育专业提高课自主选择教师教学机制的现实意义和可行性。自主选择教师教学机制的引入,体现了“以人为本”的教育理念,强调了学生个性的完善和人格的内化;将“优胜劣汰”法则引入教师队伍建设中,充分调动了教师教学与科研活动的积极性和进取精神,有利于教学改革的实施和深化。建议自主选择教师教学机制不但要在体育专业教学中逐步完善,还应在普通高校体育课中广泛推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 By the methods of questionnaire and teaching experiment,this paper analyzes the realistic meaning and possibility of the teacheroptional system for P.E.major.The introduction of the certain system embodies the educational concept of human-oriented,and emphasizes the students’ individual perfection and personality internalization.The introduction of selecting the superior and eliminating the inferior can arouse the enthusiasm and(enterprising) spirit in teaching and scientific researching,and is propitious to the realization and the furthering of the teaching reform.It is necessary not only to implement the teacher-optional system in P.E.major,but also in P.E.in universities widely.更多还原
