一种缩短无刷直流电动机换相续流时间的有效方法
A Novel Method of Shortening the Commutation Time of BLDC Motor
【摘要】 详细分析了无刷直流电动机换相续流过程以及由此带来的危害,阐述了过长的换相续流时间导致无位置传感器无法准确检测位置信号以及增大换相转矩脉动等问题,提出了一种缩短换相续流时间和减小转矩脉动的有效方法。通过仿真和实验证明了该方法可以有效缩短换相续流时间和减小转矩脉动,从而避免了无位置传感器因检测不到位置信号而导致的电机失步现象,进一步提高系统稳定性。
【Abstract】 The process of the commutation of BLDC motor and the torque ripple of BLDC motor due to the commutation are analyzed in detail.That position cannot be detected by sensorless caused by the long commutation time and that the torque ripple is magnified are illustrated.A novel method of shortening the commutation time and reducing the torque ripple is introduced at the same time.At last,the good performance of this novel method are proved through the results of the simulation and the experiments.
