基于减少转矩脉动的外转子双凸极永磁电机的设计与分析
Analysis and Design of External Rotor Doubly Salient Permanent Magnet Motor Based on Reducing the Torque Ripples
【摘要】 对双凸极永磁电机转矩脉动的原因进行了分析和研究。介绍了使绕组磁通回路不为串联的电机结构,并给出了电机的控制策略。使某些相产生的转矩下降时,其它相产生的转矩上升,以使总转矩保持恒定,从而大大地减少转矩脉动。在电机结构和控制策略的基础上,对10/8极和8/10极两种外转子双凸极永磁电机转矩脉动进行比较,得出8/10极电机更有利于减少转矩脉动。
【Abstract】 In this paper,the cause of the doubly salient permanent magnet motor’s torque ripples are analyzed and researched.The motor structure which windings’ flux loops is not in series connection is proposed.And the method of control are presented.When the torque of some phase decrease,the other phase’s torque increase,so the total torque is invariable,and the torque ripples is decrease greatly.On the basis of this structure and method of control,the 10/8 pole is compared with the 8/10 pole external rotor doubly salient permanent magnet motor in torque ripples,and it’s educed that the 8/10 pole motor is propitious to reduce torque ripples.
