样品磷化氢含量与某些微生物群落及酶活的关系
Relationships between phosphine content of samples and their microbial populations and enzyme activities
【摘要】 探讨了样品中磷化氢含量与不同微生物群落及几种酶活性的关系。结果表明,样品的磷化氢含量与厌氧微生物总量、有机磷细菌、反硝化细菌、碱性磷酸酶活性及脱氢酶活性呈显著的正相关关系,其相关系数(R2)分别达到了0.93,0.90,0.69,0.79和0.82;而与好氧异养微生物总量、无机磷细菌、硫酸盐还原菌、酸性磷酸酶的关系不大。此结果说明,相关类群的微生物在磷化氢的产生中可能起重要的作用。
【Abstract】 The relationships between phosphine content and various microbial florae,activities of different enzymes were investigated.The results indicated that the phosphine content of samples from various environments was positively related to total anaerobic microorganisms,organic phosphate compounds-dissolving bacteria,denitrifying bacteria,alkaline phosphatase activity and dehydrogenase activity of the samples.The correlation coefficients(R~2) for these were 0.93,0.90,0.69,0.79 and 0.82,respectively.The results also showed that the phosphine content was not related to total aerobic microorganisms,inorganic phosphate compounds-dissolving bacteria,sulfate-reducing bacteria,acidic phosphatase activity.In addition to formerly results,the results might infer that the formation of phosphine was due to the reduction of organic phosphate compounds by anaerobic heterotrophic microbes,especially the denitrifying bacteria by using reducing sugar.
