【Abstract】 As the important position of vaccine in disease prevention day by day, the quality requirement of vaccine is also stressed increasingly.Recently,the use of advanced purification technology in the preparation process of both traditional and new type vaccines is an effective means in improving efficacy and reducing adverse reaction of the vaccines.Purification methods of HBV vaccine during different periods are reviewed in this paper,and the application and development of the update vaccine purification technique is summarized.更多还原
