【Abstract】 Conditions for phytotoxin production of tomato brown spot pathogen(Helminthosporium carposaprum) and the toxicity against different tomato varieties of the toxin were studied.The results showed that toxicity of toxin produced at different pH values,temperatures,illumination condition,duration of culturing day differed greatly.The optimum temperature for toxin production of the pathogen were 25 ℃,illumination for hours,pH at 6,shaking culture for 15 days,and different plants have different sensitivity against the toxin.更多还原
