【Abstract】 Shake flask culture was used and the yield of mycelia was taken as main index to ensure the optimum culture conditions and the optimum medium formula for a strain of Cephalosporium sinensis through single factor and orthogonal experiments.The results showed that under the same conditions,the yield of mycelia by optimized culture medium increased by 31.75% as compared with the original one.更多还原
