【Abstract】 The government of Yunnan province has shown a way out for the development of higher education,by encouraging cooperation with foreign countries.Globalization is a new starting point for higher schools in Yunnan Province.It is necessary for vocational colleges,by making a good use of our relative advantages and characteristic subjects,to focus on cultivating skilled personnel in conformity to the needs of the developing international economy and ASEAN’s free trade.Therefore,our higher schools should promote our capability of training talents and welcome the cooperation and communication with foreign educational bodies.更多还原
