【摘要】 目的由基本原料开始合成噻鼠酮,制成毒饵,观察对大小白鼠的药效。方法经过相关资料进行改造合成噻鼠酮原药,以4-溴联苯为起始原料经7步反应制得。噻鼠酮原药制成0.005%毒饵15 d药效测定。结果噻鼠酮原药的总收率以4-溴联苯计算为10.9%,用噻鼠酮毒饵15 d,大小白鼠的死亡率为100%。结论噻鼠酮对大小白鼠具有良好的药效,值得进一步研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the efficacy of difethialone against rodents. Methods Synthesizing difethialone from 4-bromobiphenyl with seven steps of reaction.Testing the efficacy of 0.005% difethialone gel bait for 15 days. Results The total recovering rate of 4-bromobiphenyl was 10.9%.The mortality rate of rodents was 100% after using difethialone for 15 days. Conclusion Difethialone had good efficacy against rodents,and should be studied further.更多还原
