【摘要】 目的探索在实验室条件下慢性抗凝血杀鼠剂药效测定方法及结果评价,确定防制家鼠的最佳使用方法和使用剂量,为杀鼠剂登记的药效评价和安全、合理使用提供依据。方法有选择性摄食试验。结果0.005%溴敌隆毒饵对大白鼠的摄食系数为0.49,杀灭率为100%。结论该药适口性好,毒杀效果好,具有推广应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore test method and the effects evaluation method for chronic anti-thrombin raticide at laboratory,and search the best method and dose for controlling rats.Methods Selective ingestion test.Results The ingestion factor of the preparation bait by 0.005% Bromadiolone for rats was 0.49,the death rate was 100%.Conclusion The poison bait made by Bromadiolone had good palatability and good effects on killing rats.It should be generalized.更多还原
