【摘要】 目的了解伍氏病蚤雷州亚种的一些生物学特性,为防制提供依据。方法在(19±1)℃,(80±5)%的恒温恒湿实验条件下,用小白鼠饲养。结果伍氏病蚤雷州亚种的变态发育周期为36.50(32~130)d。饥饿蚤平均存活时间为10.64(5~22)d,正常饲养蚤平均存活时间为62.23(11~102)d。每只蚤终身平均产卵150.55粒,日均产卵2.72粒,繁殖力为1.103 5。结论伍氏病蚤雷州亚种的生长发育周期短,成蚤寿命长,繁殖力强。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the biological characteristics of Nosopsyllus wualis leizhouensis,and to offer basic data for prevention and restriction of flea.Methods The flea were reared at the temperature of(19±1)℃ and relative humidity of(80±5)% with mice as the blood supplying hosts.Results Growth cycle of the flea was 36.50(32～130) days.The average life-span of the blood-privative adults was 10.64(5～22) days,comparing with 62.23(11～102) days when blood was available the whole day.It laid equally 150.55 eggs per female,and laid equally 2.72 eggs per female for every day.The fecundity was 1.103 5.Conclusion Metamorphic period of Nosopsyllus wualis leizhouensis was short,and the life-span was long,and the fecundity was strong.更多还原
