【摘要】 分析显示,近10多年来我国不同地区居民健康状况得到改善,绝对公平程度得以提高;但不同地区居民健康不平等的差距却没有明显缩小,相对公平程度也没有明显变化。绝对公平程度的提高,应当归功于市场经济制度;而相对公平程度没有变化,主要是由于政府计划配置卫生资源而产生的。因此,将目前卫生事业发展中出现的问题归结于卫生服务市场的发育和发展,是不正确的。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent more than a decade,health status and absolute health equity have been improved in our country,while there were no notable reduction in health inequity in different areas and no marked changes in relative equity.Improvement of absolute equity should be contributed to market economics,while no advance in relative equity derived from health resources distribution planed by government.So the conclusion should be deserted that problems emerged from current health system development were attributed to health service market.更多还原
