【摘要】 文章探讨了建立江苏省医疗机构三级血液预警系统的必要性和实现途径,旨在解决当前医疗机构安全用血监控不完善以及采供血机构的输血服务与医疗单位的临床用血在信息反馈上脱节的现状,降低输血不良反应的发生率,减少输血传染病的发生,保障血液安全和输血安全,探索一条适合我国国情的高效血液管理新途径,为政府决策提供依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 The necessary and the way of establishing Jiangsu Province haemovigilance system in medical institution, levels were discussed in this paper with the purpose of resolving the present situation which includes the imperfection of blood safety monitoring in medical institution and the misfeedback of the information between the transfusion serv- ice of blood bank and the blood use of clinical service so as to reduce the rate of adverse transfusion reaction,de- crease the happening of infectious disease,assure the blood safety and the transfusion safety,prevent the occurrence of grave public health hazards,It will be explored a new way of blood management suitable to our country situation with great efficiency in order to better use the blood resource with safety and reason.更多还原
