【摘要】 目的通过对我国不同类型医院经济效率的评价,探讨我国口腔医院低效率问题,为有关部门制定政策提供参考。方法利用问卷调查了解我国口腔医疗机构资源现状和服务现状,建立口腔医疗机构的经济效益随机成本函数模型。结果我国不同类型的口腔医院资源现状和服务现状有明显区别,从模型中可以看出,为规模收益递增。牙科诊所相差率最低为10．7%,效率最高,省市综合医院相差率最高为82．7%,效率最低。结论随机前沿成本函数方法的综合性强,不仅可以反映不同类型口腔医院的总经济效率,也可以评价各个类型口腔医院的相对效率水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To assess the economic efficiency of different dental hospitals in order to provide reference to find the causes of inefficiency and for departments concerned to formulate policies.Methods A questionnaire was prepared to study statu about different dental hospitals in China.A random cost function model was built by means of data from different dental hospitals.Results There are significant differences on dental manpower and sevice statu at different level dental hospitals in China.A random cost function model was increasing returns to scale.The aver- age inefficiency of dental departments in general hospitals level with the highest was 82.7%,at dental clinic with the lower was reaching 10.7%.Conclusion The method of random front cost function,which is comprehensive in nature,can not only reflect the general economic effciency of dental hospitals of different level,but also assess the relative efficiency dental hospitals of each level.更多还原
