【摘要】 目的分析乡村医生抗生素不合理应用情况,促进抗生素的合理应用。方法随机抽取金乡县 6个乡镇乡村医生421人,进行抗生素应用问卷调查,对抗生素使用数量、使用方法、用药费用等进行统计分析。结果共审核处方11746张,其中抗生素处方7018张,存在不合理用药2467张,分别在给药途径、用药剂量、用药次数、配伍等方面存在问题。干预后乡村医生合理使用抗生素合格率提高了54．8％,使用抗生素处方的百分率下降了7．06％,抗生素处方平均费用下降了0．86元／张,合理使用抗生素处方百分比提高了 7．74％,统计学处理有显著性差异。结论金乡县乡村医生抗生素的使用存在较多不合理现象,需进一步增强宣传,完善抗生素使用规定,加大政府干预行为,严格审查和限制抗生素不合理应用处方的出现,从而促进抗生素的合理使用,减少其毒副作用及耐药菌株的产生等。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Analyzing the irrational use of antibiotics of Chinese rural doctors in order to promote the reasonable use of antibiotics. Methods Carrying out the investigation about the application of the antibiotics on 421 rural doctors in 6 small towns at random and it includes statistical analysis of the dose, the using method and the charge of the antibiotics. Results Total 11 746 prescriptions have been verified, among which there are 7 018 prescriptions on antibiotics, and 2467 prescriptions on antibiotics are irrational in the rout of administration, the dose, the frequency and the compatibility of medicine. After intervention, the rate of reasonable use of antibiotic has increased 54. 8% , the rate of prescriptions on antibiotics has decreased 7. 06% , the average cost of antibiotics per prescription has dropped 0. 86Yuan, the rate of reasonable administration has increased 7. 74% . And it is statistical significant. Conclusions There is many errors in use of antibiotics among the rural doctors in my county. It needs to enhance propaganda on rational use of antibiotic, consummate the rules on it, enlarge the intervention of" the government , examine strictly and confine the appearance of the unreasonable prescriptions on antibiotics.
