【摘要】 为了解福建省卫生监督机构卫生监督人员的现状,为卫生监督机构改革提供依据和卫生行政部门决策提供参考,促进我省的卫生监督人才和队伍建设。以文件的形式将问卷调查表向福建省55个县(区)的卫生监督机构下发,进行普查;用SPSS软件进行统计分析。结果显示:福建省卫生监督人员的数量偏少;专业结构单一,人员比例不协调,县(区)级人员总体素质相对偏低,卫生监督人员的合理配置等方面还存在一些不足。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives:To understand the current situation of personnel structure in health inspection agencies in Fujian province and provide advisory references for the organization reform of health inspection and the decision making of health administrative departments;To promote the personnel construction in health inspection agencies in Fujian province.Methods:The investigation questionnaires were sent to health inspection agencies in 55 counties.The data were analyzed using SPSS statistical software.Results:There is a short of working force in health inspection agency,along with a unitary expertise structure,and unbalanced ratio of personnel between departments.The personnel structure in the health inspection agency is unreasonable.更多还原
