91例围生儿死亡影响因素分析

【摘要】 作者对2002～2004年的91例围生儿死亡及其相关因素进行回顾性分析,发现其中死胎45例,死产4例,新生儿死亡21例,治疗性引产21例。围生儿死亡的主要原因是早产和胎儿畸形,而导致早产的原因主要是母体并发症及合并症,如妊娠高血压疾病、胎膜早破、前置胎盘、胎盘早剥等。建议加强产前检查,预防和治疗母体合并症及并发症,从而降低围生儿的死亡率。同时,加强产前诊断,尽早诊断胎儿是否畸形,在围生期以前终止妊娠,提高围产保健质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to explore the associated factors of perinatal deaths,and find the preventative and therapeutic measures to decrease the perinatal death rate.The resident pregnant women in our department from January 2002 to December 2004 were chosen as selected cases.The factors about perinatal deaths were retrospectively analyzed to find the death causes.During three years,the total number of perinatal death is 91 cases,of which including 45 cases of fetal death,4 cases of stillbirth,21 cases of neonatal death and 21 cases of therapeutic induction.There are 20 cases among the therapeutic induction showed fetal malformation.The main reasons of perinatal death were premature delivery and fetal malformation.The primary cause of premature delivery was the maternal complications of pregnancy,such as PIH,ICP,PROM,placental previa,placental abruption etc.The perinatal mortality can be decreased by sthengthening perinatal diagnosis and diagnosing fetal malformation as soon as possible and make delivery before perinatal period.更多还原
