刚性多支点传动轴的纵向振动分析

【摘要】 为进一步提高刚性多支点传动轴的安全性,研究了刚性多支点传动轴的纵向振动.根据质心运动定理、Galerkin法和Heaviside函数,求得非惯性系下倾斜、等跨距刚性多支点传动轴的纵向运动方程.在此基础上,用多尺度法求得一次近似解,分析了纵向振动的规律等.研究表明传动轴的非共振的纵向振动是小振幅、振幅按指数规律衰减、渐进稳定的振动;变化的惯性力和质量偏心使传动轴纵向振动;刚性多支点传动轴的纵向振动无法消除,影响横向弯曲振动的稳定性及振幅,使轴端的花键微动摩擦及磨损,对传动轴的安全性构成威胁的可能性很小;增加中间支点的数量,纵向振动的振幅减小.

【Abstract】 Longitudinal vibration of a drive shaft with rigid multi-supports is studied to improve the safety. Under non-inertia movement coordinate system, a longitudinal motion equation of a tilting drive shaft with rigid multi-supports and equal span is derived by theorem of the motion of center of mass and the method of Galerkin and Heaviside function. An approximate solution of the equation is obtained by method of multiple scales. The regularity of longitudinal vibration is analyzed. The results show that the longitudinal vibration of non-resonance of a drive shaft is that of damped exponential small amplitude and asymptotic stability. The varying inertia force and eccentric mass make a drive shaft longitudinal vibration. Longitudinal vibration of a drive shaft can not be removed;and it affects the stability and amplitude of transverse bending vibration, and makes the spline fretting friction-wear. There is little possibility that the longitudinal vibration of a drive shaft will threaten the safety. The amplitude of longitudinal vibration is decreased when the number of intermediate supports is increased.
