对高校科技期刊发展问题的思考
Development Trends of Sci-Tech Periodicals of University and College
【摘要】 对我国高校科技期刊提出了开放办刊,专业化特色化并举,印刷版网络版并行,朝着开放存取出版传播方向发展的办刊思路。
【Abstract】 It is proposed that some development measures for the sci-tech periodicals of China’s university and college which including opening to society,specialization,characterization,networking and open access.
