绿色食品添加剂的研究与发展
Research and Development of Green Foods Additive
【摘要】 文章依据用途可将食品添加剂分为四类:防腐剂、抗氧化剂、调味剂、乳化剂.讨论了各类食品添加剂在绿色化方面的应用范围、使用现状和存在的问题,指出食品添加剂的绿色化是其主要发展方向.
【Abstract】 The food additive based on its use can mainly be divided into four kinds,the antiseptic,the oxidation inhibitor,blends flavors n and the emulsifier.The paper advances its application scope,its present situation and the problems.Finally it points out its development direction.
