气泡传感器的研制
Development of a bubble sensor
【摘要】 根据基本流体力学原理,利用气-水的重力差异、两相流现象和膨胀管路产生的湍流效应,设计并制作了结构简单、可靠性较好的高炉冷却壁微泄漏传感器.现场实验表明,该气泡传感器能对0.2~1.0 MPa、65℃以下的软冷却水管路的微量泄漏作出可靠的反应.
【Abstract】 Based on the phenomenon of two-phase flow and the effect of turbulence resulted in an inflated water line and the weight difference in gas and water,a simple and reliable sensor of tiny leakage for cooling stave of blast furnace has been developed based on foundamental hydrodynamics.The experimental result indicates that the sensor can accurately respond to any tiny leakage in the circular pipeline of soft cooling water under 0.2~1.0 MPa,65 ℃.
