【摘要】 首先指出汽车行业供应链中供应商管理的重要性,然后结合ABC分类法,根据供应商在供应链中的增值作用和供应商对企业的重要性,提出了供应商分类模型,将战略性供应商、技术性供应商和普通供应商分别看作A类、B类、C类供应商,并阐述了每一类供应商的特性。最后通过实证研究对该分类模型进行了详细解释,分析了每一类供应商的配送方式以及供应物料的数量、频率、物理属性和经济属性等。更多还原
