【摘要】 运用毛细微模塑(MIMIC)技术,排列得到了线状和折叠状微球串,并对MIMIC驱动微球自组装的机理进行了初步研究;借助微液滴做模板,排列得到含有不同数目的微球环或准环.加热到微球的软化温度以上,使紧密挨着的微球相互粘接,然后溶解掉底膜,获得了自由的刚性微球串.期望改变微球的联结方式,以获得自由的柔性微球串,如果把单个微球看作高分子的“链节单元”,微球串就近似地看作高分子链的简单直接“模型”,有望用来模拟高分子凝聚态基本物理问题.

【Abstract】 Linear and zigzag micro-beads were arranged by means of micro-molding in capillary (MIMIC), the mechanism of self-assembling in MIMIC was primarily studied. Annular micro-beads or semi-annual micro-beads with different numbers of microsphere were arranged through the template of the micro-droplet. When heated up to the softening temperature of polystyrene(PS) microspheres, the microspheres were joint up together. After the aluminum thin film on the substrate was dissolved, the stand-free micro-beads would be obtained. In the further study, the way linking the microsphere will be improved, so that the flexibly stand-free micro-beads can be obatined. The micro-beads can be used as a simple and direct "model" of macromolecular chain. It is hopeful to simulate condensed process of real macromolecules in a mesoscopic scale.
