芒硝法泡花碱制备层状结晶二硅酸钠

【摘要】 层状结晶二硅酸钠是一种性能优异的无磷洗涤助剂,其不会造成水质富营养化问题。研究了用芒硝法泡花碱制备新型无磷洗涤助剂层状结晶二硅酸钠的方法,探讨了原料中主要杂质对产品质量的影响及工艺的控制条件。最佳工艺条件:泡花碱n(二氧化硅)/n(氧化钠)为2.00,喷雾干燥粉含水低于10%(质量分数),焙烧温度720℃、时间25 m in,所得产品的钙离子交换能力大于300 mg/g,镁离子交换能力大于400 mg/g。实验表明,当原料满足一定的要求,控制好工艺条件,能够生产出符合要求的合格产品。此方法的研究为层硅生产提供了新的原料来源,且在成本上有较大优势,对于芒硝资源丰富的地区进行层硅的生产具有较大意义。

【Abstract】 The layer crystalline sodium disilicate is a non-phosphorous detergent additive with excellent performance,which can not cause the rich-nutrition for the quality of the water.The preparation of layer crystalline sodium disilicate from sodiun silicate made by mirabilite is studied.The effects of the purities in raw materials on the quality of the product and the process conditions controlled are discussed.The optimum process conditions are as following:n(SiO2)/n(Na2O)=2.00;the water content of dried powder<10%(mass);the roast temperature and time:720 ℃ and 25 min respectively.The Ca2+ and Mg2+ exchanging capability of the product>300 mg/g and>400 mg/g respectively.The experiment shows that the qualified product can be obtained when the raw materials can meet the requirements and the process conditions are well controlled.This method provides a new resource for silicon production and also has the advantages of low cost,it has an important significance for the layer sodium disilicate production in the area of rich-resource of mirabilite.
