【摘要】 介绍了利用液相沉淀法制备纳米硫化锌的方法。其过程是以硫酸锌和硫化铵为原料,加入表面活性剂1631,经过沉淀、过滤、洗涤、干燥,最后得到产品。对其进行比表面积、孔容积和透射电镜(TEM)测定,结果表明:制备的硫化锌晶粒尺寸在5~30 nm,并最终确定了最佳的原料配比,即硫酸锌与硫化铵物质的量比为1∶(1~0.8)。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper describes the preparation of nanometer ZnS by liquid phase precipitation method.ZnSO₄and（NH₄）₂S are used as raw material and surfactant 1631 as additive.The final product is obtained through precipitation,filtration,washing and drying process.The results show that the particle size of ZnS prepared is about 7³0 nm through the determination of specific surface area,pore volume and TEM and the optimum mole concentration ratio of ZnSO₄ to（NH₄）₂S is 1∶1～0.8.更多还原
