液相沉淀法制备纳米硫化锌的研究
Study on the preparation of nanometer ZnS by liquid phase precipitation method
【摘要】 介绍了利用液相沉淀法制备纳米硫化锌的方法。其过程是以硫酸锌和硫化铵为原料,加入表面活性剂1631,经过沉淀、过滤、洗涤、干燥,最后得到产品。对其进行比表面积、孔容积和透射电镜(TEM)测定,结果表明:制备的硫化锌晶粒尺寸在5~30 nm,并最终确定了最佳的原料配比,即硫酸锌与硫化铵物质的量比为1∶(1~0.8)。
【Abstract】 This paper describes the preparation of nanometer ZnS by liquid phase precipitation method.ZnSO4and(NH4)2S are used as raw material and surfactant 1631 as additive.The final product is obtained through precipitation,filtration,washing and drying process.The results show that the particle size of ZnS prepared is about 730 nm through the determination of specific surface area,pore volume and TEM and the optimum mole concentration ratio of ZnSO4 to(NH4)2S is 1∶1~0.8.
