从铋冶炼浸渣制取三碱式硫酸铅的工艺研究——硝酸浸出—流酸沉铅工艺的影响

【摘要】 通过对铋冶炼浸渣采用碳酸氢铵转化法合成三碱式硫酸铅的工艺研究,得出在硝酸浸出—硫酸沉铅工艺过程中影响铅回收率的主要因素为硝酸质量浓度。通过正交实验得出最佳的工艺参数为:硝酸质量分数为15%,沉铅温度为40℃,n(H2SO4)∶n(Pb)为1.2∶1,沉铅时间为2.0 h,硝酸浸渣时间为1.5 h,硫酸质量分数为40%,n(HNO3)∶n(Pb)为3∶1。此时,铅的回收率可达到99.25%,浸渣率为3%。
【Abstract】 It is found that the concentration of nitric acid has great effect on reclaiming rate of lead in the processing of nitric acid leaching-lead deposition after investigating the preparation of tribasic lead sulphate from bismuth waste residue by ammonium hydrogen carbonate transformation method.The optimum processing parameters has been obtained through the orthogonal experiment,which are: concentration of nitric acid of 15%(mass),lead deposition temperature of 40 ℃,(H2SO4)/Pb(molar ratio) of 1.2∶1,lead deposition time of 2.0 h,nitric acid leaching time of 1.5 h,concentration of sulphuric acid of 40%(mass),HNO3/Pb(molar ratio) of 3∶1;the reclaiming rate of lead obtained is 99.25% and the rate of waste residue is 3%.
