基于FPGA的医学影像实时降噪系统的设计
The Design of Real-time Noisy Reducer for Medical Image Based on FPGA
【摘要】 图象的降噪处理是DSA、DSI等医学影像系统中图象处理的首要任务。为了实现动态图象的实时降噪,根据自适应时域递归滤波的原理,并结合DSA、DSI影像系统的特点,设计了基于阈值分割的时域递归滤波器。给出了用FPGA实现的原理及设计方案,递归计算16帧图象以保证运算精度。实验结果表明:降噪效果十分明显,提高了系统的信噪比,克服了动态图象的降噪与拖尾的矛盾。
【Abstract】 It is very important to reduce the noise effectively for medical image processing in DSA & DSI. Because a real-time noisy reducer for dynamic image is desirable, the time-recursive filter based on threshold switching is been presented, according to self-adaptive time-recursive filtering. Then, the design principle and solution based on FPGA is discussed in detail, and 16-bit adder & register are designed to calculate 16 former frames in order to improve calculation precision. The experimental results show that the SNR of the reducer has been expectedly improved.
