基于半导体制冷器的微机温控显微系统
Amicroscope system with computer-controlled temperature based on thermal electrical cooler
【摘要】 本文介绍了一种精密温控显微系统,利用半导体制冷器进行降温、升温和恒温控制。该系统使用PC机作为控制平台,采用自整定PID算法,调节输出PWM波的占空比来控制半导体制冷器的输出功率。人机界面友好,控制精度高,温度范围-20oC~60oC,温控精度可达0.1oC。
【Abstract】 A precise temperature control system for microscope is provided in this paper. The system is made up of semiconductor cooler (TEC, thermal electrical cooler) which is controlled by a PC with PID arithmetic. And use the duty ratio of PWM to control the output power of TEC. Temperature range reaches - 20 oC~60 oC and the error of the temperature controlled is0.1oC.
