【摘要】论文设计并实现了招投标信息化管理系统(TBIMS)。TBIMS遵循国际招投标的规则,对招投标过程进行全程规范管理。系统采用三层结构的C/S模式,利用SQLServer2000作为数据库管理系统,并且利用OFFICE办公软件,实现了数据库数据与EXCEL文档的自动转换。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper designs and realizes the bidding information management system (TBIMS),TBIMS is consistent with the rules of international bidding, as well as manages all round the bidding procedure.
