【摘要】 神经网络、灰色系统已成为提供预测与决策支持的有力工具。本文针对城市用水量的预测这一实际问题,分别讨论了基于时间系列的神经网络和灰色系统理论的城市用水量预测效果。通过实例进行预测,比较两者预测的不同效果。若这两种方法在一定的条件下结合起来,用于城市用水量的近期、中长期预测,误差小,能满足实际需要。更多还原
