【Abstract】 Developing products which meets client requirements with high quality is the goal of many organizations. The key point to achieve this goal is establishing a stable, controllable and reusable process. CMMI model can direct organizations to improve their processes and appraise their capability maturity. But how to implement CMMI is a problem for many organizations.
